Know about the problem before it costs you money.

Donna monitors an Amazon seller's inventory and advertising performance continuously, flags what needs attention, and proposes a specific action — which the seller approves before anything happens.

What Donna does

Amazon sellers lose money in quiet, predictable ways: stock runs out days before anyone notices, an advertising campaign keeps spending on a keyword that stopped converting, a listing loses the Buy Box overnight. The data that would reveal each of these is available through Amazon's APIs, but it is spread across separate reports that nobody reads daily.

Donna reads that data on a schedule, joins it into one picture per product, and raises an alert when something is heading in the wrong direction. Each alert arrives with the numbers behind it and a proposed next step.

The seller stays in control

Donna proposes. The seller decides. Donna does not change prices, edit listings, adjust campaign budgets, or place orders on its own. Every recommendation is delivered to the seller for explicit approval, and no action reaches Amazon without it.

What Amazon data Donna uses, and why

Donna connects to a seller's Amazon account only after that seller explicitly authorizes it, and reads only what the features below require:

Data Why it is needed
Inventory levels and fulfillment status To forecast when a product will run out of stock and alert the seller with enough lead time to reorder.
Order and sales history To establish the sales velocity that stock-out forecasting and performance trends are calculated from.
Advertising campaign performance To identify spend that is not producing return, and campaigns whose performance has changed materially.
Product listing details To label the above by product, so an alert names a real item rather than an identifier.

What Donna deliberately does not request

Donna does not request access to buyer personal information. It does not read customer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or tax documents, and it does not request the Amazon permission roles that would grant access to them. None of Donna's features require that data.

Who it is for

Small and mid-sized Amazon sellers who manage their own inventory and advertising, and who do not have an analyst watching the numbers every day.

How access works

A seller authorizes Donna through Amazon's standard authorization flow. Authorization can be withdrawn by the seller at any time from within Amazon Seller Central, which immediately ends Donna's ability to read their data. See our Privacy Policy for how data is stored, protected, and deleted.
